About the Founder
Bui Le Quan

Originally from Vietnam, Bui Le Quan came to Japan in 2009 and has lived here for over 16 years. After studying Japanese at Osaka University, he graduated from the Faculty of Economics at Nagoya University. He has 11 years of professional experience — 9 years at JTEKT Corporation (Toyota Group) and 2 years at ASML Japan.
As a foreign parent raising children in Japan, he has firsthand experience navigating the Japanese education system, childcare services, health checkups, and multilingual parenting. He shares practical, experience-based information to help other foreign parents on the same journey. He holds JLPT N1, TOEIC 850, and is fluent in Japanese, English, and Vietnamese.
